About the SPY™ Awards

The First Annual Soccer Products of the Year (SPY) Awards will be held on Friday, January 15, 2010 at the Philadelphia Convention Center during the NSCAA Convention.

The SPY Awards ceremonies will begin at 5:00PM EST at Liberty Hall. Doors will open 30 minutes before, at 4:30PM. Refreshments will be served, including beer and wine. This will be a great opportunity to network with potential clients and establish new relationships!

Mike Jerrick (co-host of the morning program The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet, producer and host of WNYW in New York and San Francisco's KPIX-TV, co-host of DaySide on the Fox News Channel, HBO's World Entertainment Report, Sci-Fi Channel's Sci-Fi Buzz, host of What's News on America's Talking, CNBC's America After Hours, and morning host on Good Day Philadelphia) will announce the nominees and the winners will be presented with a prestigious SPY Award.

The show will be interactive with live texting, Tweeting, Facebooking, graphics, music, and of course award-giving. Livestream's production unit will handle both the show and the post award show which will include interviews with the winners and finalists.

Voting was based upon a mixed decision-making model:

TopDrawerSoccer.com's expert judges panel narrowed down all nominee submissions to five (5) finalists per category. All nominee submissions were considered for finalists. Ten (10) award categories have been identified by our diverse panel, and a thorough voting system was used to make the selection process transparent.

TopDrawerSoccer.com national audience (40% of the vote) and the expert judge's panel (60%) voted, and the winners will be presented at the SPY Awards ceremony on Friday, January 15, 2010.
